Well, we always "encourage" you to try new meals! 2 pounds ground beef
This recipe yields 4 large 1/2 pound burgers...So you better be hungry! Make 4 patties from the hamburger meat. Drizzle the burgers with the Worcestershire sauce and season them with the salt and pepper. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Fry your bacon to medium crispy and set aside. Drain most of the fat and add the onions and cook until they are softened. Next, add the garlic and cook about 1 minute. Now, place the thyme in the pan and toss to combine. Remove the pan from the heat and keep warm. Fire up your grill to a medium-hot temperature. Remove your seasoned beef patties from the refrigerator and place on the grill. Cook until done to your perfection, turning occasionally. Move the burgers to a cooler side of the grill, place 2 slices of the cheddar on each burger, cover and allow the cheese to melt. Set the burgers on the bottom of each of the 4 toasted buns, place the 1/4th of the chopped bacon and your coked ingredients on each burger and season with lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and pickles as desired. |
