Ginger Garlic Chicken BreastsGarlic & Ginger & Soy Sauce!Garlic has long been the staple of many cooks. The flavors, heat and wonderfulness brings out the best the food has to offer. If there is one cooking ingredient that is essential, then garlic would be it. Some believe ginger dates back to Russia. When these flavors are combined, they have a magical effect over food. 4 approximate 6 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Make the garlic into a fine paste. Use a small quantity of kosher salt to help make it fine. Add the minced ginger and soy sauce and mix thoroughly. Place the mixture and the chicken in a zip lock bag and allow to marinate 1-4 hours. Preheat your grill or barbecue pit for medium. Remove them from the marinade and prepare to cook. Take the marinade and place it is a small pot and bring to a quick boil for 1 minute. Use this to baste the chicken breasts as they cook. Salt and pepper the chicken and place on the grill. Allow them to cook fully. Serve right away. |
