Grilled Turkey BurgersThe lighter fareIf you think of turkey being dry and boring, then you have just not played around enough in your spice cabinet. There are many ways to make turkey burgers moist and flavorful. Here's one way. 1 lb ground turkey
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey with all the pother ingredients. If it's a little too moist, add in a little more bread crumbs. Shape into 4 patties (if you desire more, just double the recipe). Refrigerate patties cover with plastic wrap and chill for 4 hours to blend flavors. Fire up your grill to a medium-hot grill. Oil cooking grates with cooking oil to help keep them from sticking. Once the grill is hot, place patties over the direct heat and grill until done. |
