Carib Pork Chops

I can feel the breezes now...

Bet you didn't know that most Caribbean cuisine is a combination of African, British, Spanish, French, Dutch, Indian, and even Chinese cuisine.  No wonder it's complex and delicious!  Here is something to get you feeling the breezes too!

   4 Pork Chops

  • Knox's Barabicu spice blend
  • Olive oil or butter

Dry and rub pork chops with oil or butter and sprinkle with Knox’s Barabicu spice blend.  Allow to sit for about an hour and grill over hot coals for about 7 minutes on each side or internal temperature is around 150 degrees.
