But now you don't have to go out for great Mexican rice dishes. Simply made, this recipe is great! 1 1/2 Cups White Rice
Bring chicken stock to a boil, add salt, stir to dissolve. Add remaining ingredients and boil for 5 minutes. Turn off and cover for 10 - 15 minutes. Fluff before serving. Excellent side, great in wraps!! |
