For the sauce:
Let's first prepare the sauce. In a glass or stainless steel bowl, thoroughly combine the apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, and hot sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste preference. Refrigerate for 1-5 hours to let the flavors meld into a wonderful sauce. Warm prior to grilling. You've done all the work now. So when you are ready, season the pork chops on both sides with your seasoned salt and go fire up your grill for a medium-hot fire. Grill the chops for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until about 140° internal temperature. Move them to a cooler side of the grill, brush one side of them with 1/2 of the glaze the glaze the last 5 minutes of grilling and cover. Remove the chops from the grill to a warmed serving platter, coat the other side of the chops with your sauce and serve with your favorite sides. |
