Place all of the ingredients into a 1 gallon zip lock bag, seal, and shake to combine. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for 2 to 8 hours turning occasionally. When ready, get your outdoor grill ready for medium-high heat. While the grill is heating up, remove the pork chops from the marinade and cover while we take a quick moment to get the glaze ready. Transfer your remaining marinade to a small saucepan and place over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and then boil gently, stirring often, until the marinade has been reduced to 1/2 cup of liquid. Once that is almost complete, grill pork chops 5 to 7 minutes on each side over a medium hot grill or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°. Remove the chops to a warm serving dish, pour the glaze over the chops and serve. |
