While you have your other items on the grill, simply add some corn to cook along side the rest of the meal. Don't forget the toothpicks to hold the corn! You will need 6 ears fresh corn for this recipe
Preheat grill for medium heat. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Once melted, then stir in the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon pepper seasoning. Don't let it burn! Peal back the husk keeping it attached to the corn and remove the silk. Drizzle the corn with the butter mixture. Fold back the husk of the corn and tie the end with butcher's cord. (Try not to let the cord come off or burn up). Grill over the medium coals for 15 to 20 minutes turning often, or until corn is tender. For a nice presentation, place the corn directly on the plates and let everyone unwrap them. |
