Steaks!

The king of grilling

in North America steaks are typically considered the best meal you can grill in the backyard. Sure they can be pan fried or broiled, but the outdoor cooking process with the grease dripping on the heat and creating flavor bombs of smoky heat makes them all the better. Add a cold drink and you have a wonderful experience!  In the United States steaks are generally served with potatoes, rice, pasta, corn on the cob green beans, and much more.

In the United Kingdom they are served with fries (chips), fried mushrooms and fried tomatoes. While in France there served with fried potatoes (frites) or a green salad. Vegetables are not normally served with their steaks. All that means is that everyone loves a nice juicy steak!

So how do you like your steaks cooked? Very Rare, Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Medium Well Done, Well Done, or who's in favor of theirs being overcooked? Each of us has our own preference as to doneness, which can drive the outdoor chef a little crazy.

Once you have made these decisions, now it's time to decide whether you want a filet mignon, flank steak, ribeye steak, sirloin steak, T-bone steak, porterhouse steak, or even a tri-tip steak. The choices are so many that we feel you should try all of them.

Of course, you may need a small fortune to do them all!
